1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DRC Guild / Dragon Riders Club website at drcguild.com (the “Site”), including the Dragon Explorer, Dragon Flush Finder, Portfolio Planner, Dragon Gold Calculator, guides, images, reference material, and related community resources.
By using the Site, you agree to follow these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. You must be legally permitted to use the Site and any third-party service or blockchain functionality you choose to access. Where required, minors should obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian.
The separate DRC Buildings mint experience at mint.drcguild.com ↗ may present its own disclosures, transaction conditions, and smart-contract terms. These Terms do not modify blockchain transactions or override disclosures presented during minting.
2. Informational tools and historical references
The Site is a community and informational resource. NFT ownership, token traits, historical rarity ranks, and rarity scores may come from archived third-party collection records, public blockchain data, or other external sources. An archived rank is not necessarily an official current in-game rank.
Flush Finder, Dragon Explorer, Portfolio Planner, and other outputs are generated using available data and interpretation of published rules. Results can be incomplete, stale, approximate, or affected by data errors. Portfolio optimization may be heuristic rather than exhaustive, especially for larger collections. You should independently verify token IDs, traits, ownership, eligibility, and marketplace details before acting on results.
3. Dragon Gold and game-feature estimates
Dragon Gold ranges and trait bonuses shown on the Site are modeled from the Dragon Bible v2.1 ↗ and other historical references. Published ranges differ from the Site's rank-interpolated estimates; the latter are illustrative calculations, not verified live-game payouts. Any projected monthly amount, trait bonus, nesting opportunity, dragon rank, or other utility is subject to actual game rules, eligibility, implementation, and change.
The Site does not guarantee that a feature is live, that any NFT will produce rewards, or that game developers will implement any historically described utility. Dragon Gold is described by the Bible as an in-game resource rather than a token that can be bought or sold for financial value.
4. Wallets, NFTs, and transactions
Some Site features accept public wallet addresses or link to wallet-enabled services. A public wallet lookup is not proof of identity or ownership by the person requesting the lookup. Never share your private keys, seed phrase, password, or recovery phrase with DRC Guild or anyone claiming to represent it.
Blockchain interactions may involve irreversible transactions, network fees, smart-contract errors, custody risks, scams, and changes to NFT prices or availability. You are responsible for reviewing wallet requests, contract addresses, transaction details, fees, and applicable taxes before signing. The Site does not provide custody, recover lost credentials, reverse transactions, or guarantee successful minting or purchases.
5. External sites, marketplaces, and TCG World
The Site may link to OpenSea, TCG World, Discord, X, wallet providers, blockchain explorers, the DRC Buildings mint, and other independent services. Their content, availability, privacy practices, transactions, and terms are controlled by those providers. External listings and asking prices may change or disappear without notice and do not guarantee an available purchase at any displayed price.
References to Dragon Cave Club, TCG World, marketplaces, blockchain platforms, and their marks are for identification or community discussion. Except where specifically stated, no partnership, endorsement, or formal affiliation with a third-party service should be inferred.
6. No investment, legal, or tax advice
Nothing on the Site is an offer or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold NFTs, cryptocurrency, or other assets, and nothing constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Digital assets can be volatile, illiquid, or lose value; projected game utility or NFT rarity does not imply financial value or future returns. Make decisions using your own judgment and appropriate professional advice when needed.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorized access, distributing malicious code, interfering with access for others, impersonating DRC Guild or other members, submitting fraudulent information, or using automated requests in a manner that degrades service. You must follow applicable laws and third-party platform rules when using linked services.
The Site may limit, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain safety, reliability, or compliance.
8. Intellectual property and content
Unless otherwise stated, DRC Guild's original website text, layout, graphics, branding, and original tool code are reserved by their respective rights holders. No rights to third-party artwork, NFT metadata, game materials, trademarks, or user-owned NFTs are transferred by viewing this Site. You may use the Site for lawful personal, informational purposes; reproduction or reuse of protected materials requires permission where applicable.
9. Availability, changes, and corrections
We may correct data, update calculations or rules, change features, or suspend access without prior notice. We strive for useful and accurate resources but do not promise that content, artwork, APIs, linked services, or software will always be available, current, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and informational tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties regarding accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, NFT valuation, game eligibility, or future rewards.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DRC Guild and persons involved in maintaining the Site are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from use of the Site or third-party platforms, including trading losses, lost opportunities, lost data, or interrupted service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
11. Public data, analytics, and privacy
Wallet addresses and blockchain transactions can be public. The Site may process a public wallet address you enter in order to retrieve NFT information; the Site also uses website analytics and may rely on external hosting, image, or marketplace services. Those services may receive technical information associated with a visit or request. Do not submit private credentials or other sensitive personal information through wallet lookup fields.

12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Site evolves. Any revised version will be posted here with a revised “last updated” date. Your continued use after a change may constitute acceptance where permitted by law; if you disagree with the updated Terms, stop using the Site.
13. Applicable rights and severability
These Terms are interpreted subject to applicable law. If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent legally permitted. Nothing here limits statutory protections you may have in your jurisdiction.
