1. Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy describes how DRC Guild / Dragon Riders Club ("DRC Guild," "we," or "us") handles information when you visit drcguild.com (the "Site") or use its Dragon Explorer, Flush Finder, Dragon Gold Calculator, Portfolio Planner, wallet lookup, and guides. The Site is provided as a DRC Guild community resource. Contact channels are described below and may be updated as operations evolve.
The DRC Buildings mint at mint.drcguild.com is a separate experience. It may use wallet connection tools and present its own notices. This policy describes the main drcguild.com Site and does not replace privacy notices from wallet providers, blockchain networks, or linked services.
2. Information we process
Information you choose to enter: a public Ethereum wallet address for a read-only ownership lookup, NFT/token identifiers for research and hypothetical combinations, and any information you voluntarily provide when contacting community administrators through external channels.
Automatically processed technical information: Internet Protocol (IP) addresses or approximate location at the hosting/network layer; browser/device type, page requests, timestamps, error and security events, and performance diagnostics as handled by Cloudflare and related infrastructure.
Website analytics information: Google Analytics 4 may collect page views, visit and browser information, device and location approximations, and interaction events such as wallet lookup requested, portfolio optimization requested, or a community link click. The Site analytics script does not deliberately send full wallet addresses, NFT IDs, trait selections, or individual search terms as custom event parameters.
Public blockchain and NFT data: wallet addresses, token IDs, token holdings and on-chain activity may already be public. The Site also uses archived public NFT rarity/trait information and image metadata to provide its tools.
3. Why we use information
We use information to display DCC NFT ownership results, calculate research and hypothetical combinations, provide archived rarity information, maintain the Site, measure general usage, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and respond to messages you choose to send us.
We do not request private keys, recovery phrases, or wallet passwords through Site forms. Do not submit them to us or to persons claiming to represent DRC Guild.
4. Analytics, cookies, and similar technologies
The Site currently uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4). GA4 can set cookies such as _ga to distinguish browser visits and help measure website activity; Google provides details about its cookies and processing at https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245 and https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser and may use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on where supported: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. These choices may not control all hosting/security logs or independent third-party services.
Analytics may run when a page loads. The Site does not currently provide an in-page analytics consent-settings tool; visitors may use browser privacy controls or the Google opt-out add-on where available. We will review any additional choices required by applicable law.
5. Public wallets and NFT ownership lookup
When you submit a wallet address, the Site sends a request to a Cloudflare-hosted server endpoint, which queries OpenSea for public NFT holdings in the DCC collection. The resulting token IDs are used in your browser to present collection details and plan combinations. The Site does not ask you to sign a blockchain transaction for this read-only lookup.
Public blockchain data is not inherently private and may be copied or correlated by third parties. Technical network/service logs may record the request and associated network metadata; we do not promise that public addresses or blockchain records can be erased from independent systems.
6. Service providers and external links
Cloudflare provides web hosting, request processing, caching, and security infrastructure. Google provides website analytics. OpenSea supplies some current wallet ownership and listing information. Image/media infrastructure may deliver DCC artwork. These providers process data under their own terms and policies.
The Site also links to third-party sites such as TCG World, OpenSea, Discord, X, blockchain explorers, and the separate mint website. When you leave drcguild.com, the destination controls its own collection, sharing, wallet connections, cookies, and notices. We do not control those practices.
7. Retention
In-page selections and calculated scenarios are generally used to display results during your active browser session, but hosting, caching, security, and analytics services may maintain logs or aggregate reports according to their configured settings and provider retention schedules.
Retention varies by service provider and purpose, including security logs and aggregate analytics. We will update this notice as more specific retention settings are verified. Public blockchain and third-party marketplace records may remain accessible independently of DRC Guild.
8. Security
We use hosted security and access controls intended to protect the Site, but no Internet service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid submitting secrets or sensitive personal information through public wallet research fields, public Discord channels, or social-media posts.
If you suspect an unauthorized wallet request or scam, verify the website address and contact your wallet provider through its official support resources. DRC Guild cannot reverse blockchain transactions.
9. Privacy choices and requests
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about personal data we control, and to object to or limit certain processing. You may also have rights relating to sale/sharing or targeted advertising where relevant.
For a privacy request, contact DRC Guild through its official X account or community channel and ask for a private way to provide the necessary details. Please do not post identifying information or wallet recovery credentials publicly. We may need to verify a request before acting on it and may be unable to change public blockchain records or records held by independent providers.
Additional request methods, identity verification procedures, or regional notices may be provided when required by applicable privacy laws.
10. Sale, advertising, and marketing
The current main-site code is intended for community resources, research, and usage measurement, rather than selling visitors’ personal information or running a targeted-advertising platform. GA4 and linked third-party services may nevertheless collect or process information under their own policies, and the legal classification of sharing can vary by jurisdiction and settings.
We will update this section if analytics configuration, advertising, data sharing, or collection practices materially change.
11. International visitors
Cloud hosting, analytics, and other service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Such processing can be subject to different local privacy laws. We will update any additional information about international processing and transfer protections when required by applicable law.
12. Children
The Site is a general community information resource, not designed for children under age 13. We do not intentionally ask users to submit children’s personal information. Parents or guardians concerned that a child has submitted information through a DRC Guild channel should contact the administrators using the process below.
13. Changes to this policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy when tools, providers, or data practices change. The current version will be posted at drcguild.com/privacy/ with its effective/last-updated date. Material changes may warrant additional notice where required by law.
14. Privacy inquiries
For now, privacy inquiries can be initiated through the official DRC Guild X account at https://x.com/DRCguild or via the DRC Guild community information at https://drcguild.com/#community. Request a private follow-up channel rather than submitting personal information in a public thread.
We may publish a dedicated private privacy-contact method in a later version of this notice. Public community moderators should not receive confidential verification documents or wallet recovery credentials.
